Shipping Policy
Orders over $99 ship FREE with USPS First Class With Tracking
*Orders must total $99 before tax to qualify. Surcharges for large items may still apply.
Estimated delivery time: 5-8 business days depending on location.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All orders placed after 6pm CST will not be processed until the next business day. Friday orders after 6pm CST will be processed on the following Monday.
All NEXT DAY orders placed after 3pm CST will not be processed until the next business day. Friday orders after 3pm CST will be processed on the following Monday.
All items that require cold shipping will arrive with a cold pack. If product integrity is a concern, we suggest using our expedited shipping options.
NOTE: ALL USPS FIRST CLASS ORDERS DO NOT COME WITH LOST PACKAGE INSURANCE - BY PURCHASING THIS SHIPPING METHOD, BUYER AGREES HE/SHE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@pharma1rx.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
